Transcription: Besides vast quantities of oxygen that can be recovered and used to economically supply space stations in orbit, the Moon is a vast resource for Helium-3, the perfect fuel and one which is not available on Earth. A single shipment of 20 tons of Helium-3 mined on the Moon would supply all of the electricity needs of the United States for an entire year. And best of all, Helium-3 reactions produce no radiation. radioactive waste.
